Fiverr Buyer Scammed Me

I will not waste your time and play with your emotions.

Try to contact fiverr customer support immediately.

Don't just use few sentences to explain how you got scammed, don't beg there because that will not work.

I know i have been there.

So what should you do?

Use screenshots of chat messages, the terms that you (seller) and buyer agreed on before order.

And now after the work is done the buyer is refusing the terms.

Explain your points using these screenshots, provide videos to support your story.

Which video?

Screen recording, you should always record your screen especially when you are providing a service directly on their side using remote access softwares.

If you explain well, and you are really legit, you provided what you agreed on before the order, fiverr support team will not cancel your order. They will stand with you.

But they cannot force the buyer to accept the order.

You will have to talk to the buyer and try to work out lower price deal.

Eventually the buyer will agree for lower price.

If you and buyer can't come to any settlement, it means you will be playing game of disput and decline forever.

Don't fear to decline the disputes if you are the victim.
